Trauma is tough.
I have personally dealt with trauma and PTSD several times in my life. I have also treated clients with PTSD.
Below are some resources which may assist your recovery from trauma and PTSD, in addition to consulting your doctor and a licensed mental health professional.
Self-administered trauma healing
It is strongly recommended you do EMDR or Rewind with a therapist in the first instance. However, self-EMDR or self-Rewind may be a more affordable option.
Self-EMDR
Emerging research suggests that self-administered EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) can significantly lower symptoms of PTSD, depression, anxiety and distress.

Self-Rewind
